Composite item for Construction of RCC Wall comprising earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches/drains by mechanical or manual means in all kinds of soil, including disposal within 50 m lead; filling and compaction of excavated earth in trenches and plinth; PCC 1:4:8 in foundations up to plinth level; centering and shuttering for foundations and footings; RCC 1:1.5:3 up to plinth level; steel reinforcement using Fe-500D TMT bars; 12 mm thick cement plaster in mix 1:4; and providing & fixing 75 mm dia rigid PVC rainwater pipes complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the site condition.Note: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer.The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
