Supply & fixing steel tubular pole 9.50 metre long designated 410 SP-39 in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation including excavation back filling etc. complete in all respects.

S/F of 75X90mm shake/insulator 100x65mm pin insulator including GI bolts, Spindle nuts etc. comp. in all respects.

S/L of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served shethed cable 1100 volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over cushion of 75 mm thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or directed by the E/I complete in all respects, the armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. 10 sq mm 2 core.

Supply and erection of stay set at 3.5 Meters away from the pole complete with galvanized 19mm dia x 1.80 Meter long stay rod, 30cmx30x6.3mm anchor plate, thimble stay clamps, stay insulator, 19mm 600 mm double screw tightener, 7/3.5mm G.I. stay wire etc. in 1:3:6 cement concrete complete in all respect.

Supply and burying of 40mm dia x 4.5mtr long G.I. pipe vertically for earthing having 12mm dia. Holes spaced 75mm apart drilled up to 2 mtr. form the bottom complete with earthing lead of no. 6 to 8 SWG G.I. wire in GI pipe up to apron (and from apron to switch board the cost of GI wire and pipe will be extra) upto switch board 30cm sq. G.I. box with hinged over masonry enclosure, foundation at top, alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-incharge complete in all respects as per drawing.

Painting of electric pole with 2 coats of aluminum paint over red oxide primer complete in all respects.

Supply and wiring of submain with one number 1.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade multistrand copper conductor cable in 20mm dia. heavy duty (2mm thick) PVC conduit on surface, with one number 14 SWG copper as earth continuity wire drawn inside the conduit. etc, complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of factory wired integral LED flood light luminaires with die cast aluminium housing built with dirver set suitable for 170 to 200 Watt. Confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect. CAT-AA ISI Mark
