Leak Rectification of Weld Joints & Levelling of weld joint surfaces.Leak rectification of weld joints ofidentifieddefective weld joints (21 nos,13, 300NB,4 ,200 NB and 4 ,150 NB) by proper grinding and TIG welding,inspection of all otherweld joints and repair defects found if any, by proper grinding and TIG welding. Allweld joints in the line shall be grind to level the surface, ensuring suitability for the welding of the of pad rings over the pipe jointwithout any leakage.Consumable items such as grinding and cutting wheelsalong with grinders,Filler wiresand other necessary tools& consumables , shall be included in the rate.

Fabrication of Clamps/Pad Rings.Marking, cutting, and edge preparation of pad rings( width 100 /150 mm ) shall be carried out using SS 316L pipe (300 NB, 200NB and 150NB Schedule 10), making them suitable for the phosphoric acid ship unloading line (300 NB, Schedule 10) at Q-9 Berth

Providing Pipe Clamps/Rings over Weld JointsSetting of the prepared and suitable pad rings (SS 316L, Schedule 10) shall be carried out over the pipe welding joints . The pad rings shall be welded properly, ensuring defect-free joints and complete filling of all edges with welding material on both sides of the pad rings.All welding joints shall be weldedusing the TIG welding process only. Arc welding is not permitted on stainless steel pipelines.Consumable items such as SS 316L filler wire, shielding gas,welding tools,grinding and cutting wheels shall be included in the rate.
