| 25 | Maintenance of all plants, shrubs, Hedges, grass etc for a period of 06 month after date of completion by employing 3 (three) skilled Gardener per day to ensure healing up keep,of watering plant, pour manure, carryout periodic tilling and use pesticides, cutting grass and removing unwanted grass & plants at work site complete all as specified and directed.Note :-(i) During the period any plant, shrubs, grass etc is found dead, not true to name or size as specified or not in satisfactory growth plat of approved size & shape shall be replaced by the contractor.(ii) If contractor fail to comply above points the work will be carried out through other agency and amount will be recovered from the earnest money and 10% of reserved money (10% of contract amount will be kept for guarantee period.(iii) Supply & application of manure, sweet earth sand, ATT Chemical & pesticides etc, Fertilisers etc are included in the quoted unit rate during Maintence period. |
