| 3 | Dismantling and taking down old lift complete with sliding doors and carriage including all associated components and stacking at site after disconnection of all electrical connections, transportation to the MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.Note:-Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of dismantling the old lift, loading/unloading, transporation and handing over to MES at store yard including necessary T&P required at site. |
| 4 | Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS-7098, Part-I/2011 with latest amendments laid in cable trenches / duct / wall / surfaces / pipe including compression gland, lugs as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Laying of one chamber PVC insulated PVC sheathed XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade of size 25 Sqmm x 3.5 core direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 60mmm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead 25mm x 5mm thick GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plateconnected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Notes :-(a)Main earth lead beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for separately.(b)The quoted unit rate shall also deemed included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, funnel with watering 20mm GI Pipe medium grade 2.7 m long, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh, test point, charcoal dust/breeze etc. |
| 7 | Supply and laying 25mm x 5mm thick GI strip in and including 40mm GI pipe from earth electrode and connection with GI nut bolt & spring washer including excavation and refilling as required, complete all as specified and directed. |
