Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for vitrified tiles, double charged, first quality of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick as in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry, finished with flush pointing in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified as directedNote : The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE (I)

M & L for vitrified tiles, double charged, first quality of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick, to suit the size of floor tile, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and ointed in white or colour cement cement to match the shade of tiles over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE (I).
