Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Transportation, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Crab for 10 Ton cap x 14.Mtr. Span, 10.0 Mtr Height of lift, Double Girder EOT Crane Including Diagonal checking and setting to be done as required at site.Bus bar for long travel to be checked and has to be rectified if any defects. Scope of work also includes provison of new pendent, controle wirng cables, cable trollies, VVVF Drives,Drag chain system to be supplied and fitted on crane along with necessary cross travel work as required at site including fabrication workcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-ChargeNote: Dismantling of existng crab and shifting it to MES store,Load Test of the craneincluded in above quoted rate.

M&L for Long travel rail checking and realignment including gearboxes overhauling to be done with replacement of gear oil,bearing, oil seal,Repair or replacement of following parts of crane has to be done as per site requirement.Long travel wheel assembly with Drive wheels – 2 Nos, non-drive wheels – 2 Nos, Drive wheel axles – 2 Nos, non-drive wheel axles – 2 Nos, L bracket type bearing housing – 8 Nos and bearings as specified and as directed.and painting of crane withtwo coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide.
M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all asspecified and directed.
