| 1 | Identifying and rectifyingthe defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down and replacement of defective switch/socket/ceiling rose/holders/fittings /fixtures/ MCBs/MCB DBs of any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits,tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring/conduits/casing caping & connections etc. complete all as specified anddirected. |
| 2 | NOTES :- (a)All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of 01 supervisor and minimum 04 Nos of trained electricianswill be provided by the contractor daily as directed by Engineer in charge.(b) Repof the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 16.30 Hrsdaily the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor.(c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size, gutties, rawal plugs as required at site etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted item. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator, MCBs, holders, light fittings, DBs, wiring etc shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of Schedule \"A\". and labour item shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.(d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after reciving complaint, Rs 500/- per complaint will be recovered from the contractor. (f) Contractor will provide Electrician tool kit with clamp meter &dress to all the electficians and helpers working in the contract. (g)If any urgent nature of complaint contractor has to provide the electricians for to attend the complaints after 1630 hrs also as per direction of JE/AGE. |
