Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removingrubbish outsideMD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for full body glass mosaic tiles 6mm thick over floor and wall and tile size 317.6x317.6mm by using vitrified mosaics tiles area not exceeding 30 Sqcm mouting over fibre mess and each tile weight not less than 1kg. The tiles laid by using 6mm thick type 3 cement adhesive /EN 12004 standard C2TE (easy fix SEF-666 is T-3 Class, Single component, High polymer modiied adhesive) approx 8.50 Kg/Sqm (Make : Somany or equivalent). Joints over surface of the tiles filled with epoxy as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface preparation, chipping and remove the loose material, cleaning the surface, clean with wire brush for dust free. 1. Then we open the major cracks in ‘V’ shape if required.2. Apply the one slurry coat application of “ Nitobond SBR 300” with cement. ( Ratio- 1Ltr Chemical : 1Ltr Water : 2Kg Cement ). 3. Fill the honey comb & cracks by “Nitobond SBR 300” mortar or paste.( Ratio- 1 Cement : 3 Sand : 2Ltr Chemical ). 4. Fixing the aluminium nozzles in Raft & Wall joint in every 1 meter & wherever required in raft or wall by using “Rendroc Plug”. 5. Will apply the pressure cement grounting with aid mix “Cebex 100” ( Dosage - 225gms packet in per 50kg bag of Cement ). 6. After Grounting we cut the nozzle and seal by “Nitobond SBR 300” mortar or paste ( Ratio- 1 Cement : 3 Sand : 2Ltr Chemical ).7. Final Surface preparation for coating, cleaning the surface. 8. Laying the fiber mesh with one coat application of “Hydroproof” with cement ( Ratio- 1Ltr Chemical : 1.5Kg Cement ).8. Then two coat application of “Hydroproof” with cement ( Ratio- 1Ltr Chemical : 1.5Kg Cement ).9. Laying the 20mm cement mortar plaster( Ratio- 1 Cement : 4 Sand ) for protection of coating with one coat application of“ Nitobond SBR 300” with cement ( Ratio of coating - 1Ltr Chemical : 1Ltr Water : 2Kg Cement ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (belowor above GL) unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base40 mm thick laid in panels & finished even and smoothusing extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
