Jointing of steel plates on the bucket. 4. Fabrication of the base by replacing with a base plate in lip area. 5. Hard facing of bucket assy. as per dimensions. 6. Tooth point and adopter fitting. 7. Repairing of the lip area, latch keeper and bucket.8. Worn-out bush removal and new bush fitting in all eyes. 9. Broken eye of bucket assembly to be fabricated. Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job will be 1. 02 Skilled Welder for 60 nos. manshifts, 2. 01 No. Skilled Fitter for 15 nos. manshifts & 3. 01 No. Un-skilled for 15 nos. manshifts.
