Providing ,Fixing And Laying Of Pipe From Delivery End Of Pump Located Near 63 And 64 Dip/23L(Baraudhi) To Borehole Near (1/2 Mines) For Providing Water Under Bhatgaon Sub Area Of Bhatgaon Area.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All Kind of Soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth. sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lift

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./ D.I. pipes and specials, including testing of joints : 150 mm diameter pipe

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately): 150 mm diameter Class II

Providing, laying, Jointing & field testing of High Density Polyethylene pipes, (HDPE) confirming to IS 4984/ 14151/ 12786/ 13488 with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector or jointing pipes by heating to the ends of pipes with the help of Teflon coated electric mirror/ heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other, to form a monolithic & leak proof joint by thermosetting process. It may be required to be done with Jacks/Hydraulic Jacks/ Butt fusion machine. (50mm & above fusion jointed & below 50mm mechanical jointed) : 160mm Dia (PE-100, PN- 8 Kg/sq.cm)
