| 5 | Providing and applying 1m thick waterproof cement based putty @ 1 kg per Sqm of Asian paints of its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrappingto prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed. (Step 1 kg putty per minute). Step 2 ( Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints/Birla opus and equivelent spray Machine (Model : EH 230 DI) or equivalent having DC Electric Motor of 3.3KW having flow speed fo max 6 Ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041\" or by manual. Step 3 (Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface. |

| 9 | Note :- (a)(Application of Sr item No 01 to 05 here-in above) At the time of uploading bids each tendered shall upload a copy of MoU towards triparty agreement between tenderer, Manfacturer of Paints from Asian Paints/Birla opusand their Applicators for material and execution of work from any of the said Manfacturers. Financial Bids of only those bidders shall be admitted whosoever shall be upload a legitimate MOU.Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.(b) Terms of MOU so entered between tenders, Applicators and Manfutctures mentioned above shall also cover the guarntee from manfacturer of Paints for any defect in work executed by their applicators for a period of 5 Years. All other aspects with regard to payments or execution of work. |

The necessary steel scafflonding upto G+3 Storeyed wherever required to executive the work shall be provided by the contractor with all safety equipments and the cost of providing scaffolding & safety equipments shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the contractor and nothing extra shall beadmisible on this account.(d) The work shall be executed in AOR of AGE B/R-I and is being restricted area and head loss etc shall be considered before quonting the rates by the contractor as nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. |
