Similarly complaint pertaining to replacement oftwo fixtures in one Qtr will also be measured and paid as one complaint.(iii) Replacement of more than two fixtures/itemsbut multipleof three fixtures or part thereof in one Qtr/Bldg will be measured as an additional complaint.(iv) In case a Qtr/room is found locked when tradesman is detailed to attend the complaint, the complaint shall be treated as one till its completion.(v) Necessary tools for tradesman shall be provided by the contractor.(vi) Transportation for tradesman and normal stores required for complaints shall be arranged by the contractor.(vii) Complaints of normal nature shall be attended and rectified within 8Hrs of receipt of complaint. However, complaints of emergent naturei.e no light, short circuit, earth fault etc shall be attended immediately onreceipt of complaint round the clock. (viii) Bldgs requiring rewiring of small qty of point wiring if ordered will be measured and paid separately under respective items below(ix) Contractor will deposit all the items to EM Store in advance and unsv items will be collected by the contractor as schedule of credit(x) Tradesman will report to E/M complaint cell at 9 O\"Clock to 1700 hrs daily for collecting of complaints. Complaint received on Armaan application will be done in the same day and after completion of complaint Electrician will report to Armaan Cell for uploading the completion report.(xi) Contractor deploy local electrician for the job so that urgent nature of complaintlike no light, short circuit and earth fault will also done on Holidays/ Sunday. |
