| 1 | FD-1033 - Almirah Large (Steel) 1/2 Hanging 1/2 Shelving:- All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall 920mm long, 485mm wide and 1985mm high. The base shall be 100mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels shape with ends covered and weldedto bottom of almirah. Mild steel sheet for channel shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 920mmlength. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Two shelves shall be provided at 350mm and 700mm from bottom of almirah. Ahan ging rod 60mm from top shall be provided which shall be of 20mm dia steelchromium plated conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.25mm. Two sockets shall be provided at the end of hanging rod. Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shallprovided to shutters. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with three nubers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. All hung. | 2 | FD/E6/MAP/08(R) - Bed Hard Steel MAP : Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board..25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long railsand short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg.One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs ofheadboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved makefixed over the four equidistantstiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed.All metal /iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer.Rest all as per drg. |
| 3 | FD-257 - Locker Bed Side Steel : All as shown on drg.Overall sizeshall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high.All steel sheet shall be 1mm thick in front,back, sides,top and bottom.Legs shall be of U -shape channel 100mm high and 60mm wide ends plugged with 1mm thick mild steel sheet.The legs shall be welded to bottom of locker.Half of locker shall have shelves and other half shall have hanging space.A vertical partition shall be provided dividing the width of locker into two salves.Hanging portion shall have 20mm dia cp steel conduit pipe 1.6mm wall thickness with socket at 55mm from front of shutter of locker or 80mm top of locker as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Two shelves, making 3 equal compartment shall be provided in the other half of locker.Two black sheet studs(One to each front shutter) fixed in side of shutter shall be made to shape with 1mm thick sheet and 80mm wide, hight being that of shutter shall be provided as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Front shuttersof locker shall be side hung with 75mm long butt hinges. Two handles, chromium plated, 100mm long fixed to shutters.All joints and welding,fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship.All steel and iron surfaces exposed to view shall be given two coats of OG/Grey enamel paint over a coat of primer after prepration of surfaces.Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg and directed by Engineer -in-charge |
| 4 | FD-277 - Peg Table :-Overalll size shall be 380mm long, 380mm wide and 380 mm high. Top, sides and back shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF bd. Front side shall remain open and bottomshall be recessed at 20mm from front side and shall be of pre-laminated particle bd and shall be 50mm from bottom. Front edges shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. At sides and back joints 17mmx17mm teak wood beadingshall be provided as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer- in -charge. |
| 5 | FD-281 - Sofa set seater 5 with cushions : DIMENSION : Overall sizeof the three seat shall be 1730mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high. DESCRIPTION : The set consist of one long piece of three seat only.Well seasoned teak wood throughout in frame work shall be used for manufacturing of sofa.All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP) legs of sofa setshall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood . Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front .Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides.100mm thick cushion of 40 density covered with best quality tapestry cloth (approved by GE , not less than Rs:300/meter) shall be provided at seat and back as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make of cushion-kurlon/sleepwell/nindiya.FINISH :All wooden surfaces internally and externally shall be melamine polished with high lacquer finish of walnut shade after properly smoothened the surface with sand emery paper.Rest all specifications areas per drg. |
| 6 | FD/E6/MAP/15(R) - Table bed side : The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg.The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg. |
| 7 | FD-251 - Table dressing ladies with mirror : DIMENSION:The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high.DESCRIPTION:- The sides, top ,back and frontof the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sidesand back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF .The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg.Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-In-charge/GE.Rest all as per drg. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 380mm wide and 1700mm high (height is the mirror). | 8 | FD-273 - Table dining 6 pers :- DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1800mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high.DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP).The top shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only . Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high.
