| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel Made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick sheet steel ,outdoor type, factory made by CPRI approved manufacturer, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof (protection Class IP 54), (front opening) with locking arrangement, double door duly compartmentalized with extended canopy at the top, the panel shall duly powder coated with colour shade RAL 7035 siemens grey Pure Polyester adopting 8 tank pretreatment offabricated job before powder coating, the panel shall consist of the following switchgear:-Incomer-MCCB 4P 400A 35kA-1No,Onload Change over 400A-1No, Out going- MCCB 4P 320A 25kA-2No MCCB 4P 63A 25kA -1No, main aluminum bus bar shall be of 400A TPN ,all inter connections to outgoing feeders shall be made with TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than the current carrying capacity of the respective feeder, all bus bars shall be covered with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve, the complete panel shall be mounted on ISMC of 75x40mm duly painted with black paint. | 4 | Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 15 mm bore dia (light grade) connected to main switch board all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-1991 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC type C-1 chamber, CI cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. Note: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe up to (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. |
| 5 | Taking down old unserviceable LT panel complete with MCCBs and Bus Bar of any type any size complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3.5 core with nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 240 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil not exceeding 1.5mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC /steel tublar pole/stay and struts etc getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site. |
| 8 | Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays, struts have been errected and tested all as specified and directed at site. |
| 9 | Removal of excavated surplus material to distance not exc. 50meter away in layer not exceeding 25cm from the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
