| 8 | Note:-(a) The NOC certificate for clerance from the Pollution Control Board or Pollution Control Committe to be obtained by the contractor and the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same.(b) Parameters of the treated water obtained from the STP shall be as below. Any additional items if required for sucessful operation of the plants to obtain below parameters are the responsibility of the contractor and cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(c) The parameters required for treated water shall be as under:-(i)PH-6.5-8.3(ii)COD-Less than 50 mg/L(iii)BOD -Less than 10 mg/L(iv)TSS-Less than 10 mg/L(v) Total Notrogen- 10 mg/L(vi) Total Phosphorus -1 mg/L(vii)Fecal Coliform-Nil(viii) Odour- No foul OdourTest report of the treated water of each plants shall be submitted by the contractor and the test results shall be within the permissible limits as per TNPCB. All arrangements and expenditure for the same are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(d) M & O of STP during defect liability period is deemded included in the quoted rate by skilled 02 x FGM as directed by JE/AGE (E/M) and daily routine as specified in item No 11 here-in -after. |

Outsourcing services for operation of STP at INS Parundu by skilled 02X FGM as per direction of JE E/M/AGE E/M including sundays and holidays for the third year after completion of the work and insuring the follwings:- Daily Routine(i) visual inspection of the plant every day. Check of adequte levels in the collection, FFT,TWT and the bar screen(ii) Start the pumps in Auto/Manual mode. check the flow of treated sewage in PMF bed.(iii) Take the back wash every day for sand and carbon filter. This activity takes only about 15 Minutes.(iv) Visually inspect the treated water and if the treated water is reaching the out flow outlet or not.Periodic Checks (i) Trimming/Removal of saplings if they are overgrown.(ii) Refilling of sodium Hypochlorite (Chlorine) at regular interval tenteatively once a month(iii) Taking Samples of treated water and send for analysis once in 3 month (iv) In case of deviatation/failure of equipment then report the matter to higher ups. |
| 18 | Note :- (i) Repair / maintenance of minor work like gland packing, Gaskets, Bolt nuts, indicators, pushbuttons,fuses, lubricants etc. and ensuring no leakages at valves shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the tendrer.(ii) Any breakdown/failure of equipment to be reported immediately to conceren JE E/M/AGE E/M(iii) All the items at site will be operated and maintained as required(iv) The parameters to be maintained are as per the direction of Engg-in-charge.(v) All plant running log books including stationaryshall be supplied and maintained by the contractor as per Engineer-In-Charge direction, required cost shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted.(vi) Operator/ workmen uniform and shoes shall be provided by the contractor to all operators and no extra payment will be paid to contractor and cost of the same deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.(vii) The operator should be minimum ITI holder from any NCVT affiliated institution or having minimum 05 Years experience in the relevant field.(viii) All maintenance required for the plant as recommended by OEM and replacement or topup of bacterial culture as and when required for PMF bed shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Cost of material & labour for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. |
