| 1 | Supply and installation of galvanised steel high mast lighting system for 16 meter high mast in two shafts with 20 sided polygon cross section (top 150mm and bottom 410mm bore minimum) and sheet thickness 3mm for top and 4mm for bottom (min), size of base plate should be 630mm dia, 32mm thick (min), hot dip galvanised (confirming to IS 4270) and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875, Part-III with all its standard accessories including head frame, luminaries carriage (suitable for installation 9 LED light luminaries), double drum winch with 3 Nos. steel wire rope system of min 6mm dia. 4.0 sq.mm 6 core trailing cable with copper conductor, 3 core, 1.5 sq.mm flexible copper cable form top junction box to individual luminaries, connectors, integral power tool motor of suitable capacity with automatic raising/ lowering (with provision for manual operation) system comprising of all related accessories like handle, junction box, lighting rod, 09 Nos. of 250 W LED flood light, feeder panel as per OEM, anchoring arrangement with foundation bolts of size 24x1200, AOL (Aviation Obstruction Light) fixing arrangement and other accessories as technical specification complete all as specified and as directed. |

Note : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for. |

| 9 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 100 KVA, 3 phase 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including acoustic enclosure (Outdoor Type) suitable for ambient condition and confirming to condition under ISO - 3046 with capacity of 10% overloading for one hour in every twelve hour duration and alternator along with Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Panel all as per OEM reccommendation and also as per latest CPCB IV+ norms comprising with the followings complete all as specified and as directed :-Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3-phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated with an AVR, screen protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class \"H\" with IP-23 protections and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in + 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. |
| 10 | Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant IS/BS complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under :-i) Fly wheel with housingii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts.iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven.iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of suitable dia with MS pipe medium grade. | 11 | Batteries :- Batteries of capacity 12 V, 100 AH- 01 No complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battery terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specifiedControl Panel :- Control panel shall be fabricated from 16/14 SWG Sheet and powder coated after seven tank treatment procress:(a) Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system consists of LCD disply and to monitor operator interface, fault history, alternator data, Engine data, provision for service adjustement and caliberation of DG control functions, Engine controls, engine protective functions, alternative protective functions etc.(b) Instrument fuses and control wiring.(c) Indication lamps for Set running and load on.(d) Bus bar including suitable capacity of MCCB/MCB, including CTs, cable etc. Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 100 KVA DG Set.Civil Works:- All civil works including PCC plat form and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making good of distrubed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC work shall be as recommended by the manufacturer. |
| 12 | M&L for earthing complete with MS galvanized plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm as earth electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, conneted to galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earting test point as specified including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 50mm thick RCC cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) and 20mm dia GI pipe, medium grade foer watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe, medium grade for protection of earth lead conductor and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note : GI strip upto 7.5m including testing shall consider withitem. |
