| 11 | Preventive Maintenance and Servicing, 11/0.433 KV Step down Transformer Indoor and Oil Cooled type capacity of 400 kVA by disconnecting carefully electric connection on primary & secondary side, Checking both side HT bushing, bushing rod, opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc, rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any from the entire body of the transformer, during servicing and re-fixing the top cover of transformer according to previous system. Servicing of the transformer must be done through OEM or authorised personnel including maintaining and submitting the inspection and testing records of each transformer to the Engr-in-Charge. Note 1. :-Inspection of transformer shall involve :-(a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc.(b)Checking all brazing, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints.(c)Checking all terminations / connections inside/outside the transformer.(d)Checking of off load tap changer assembly, checking the moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding.(e)Conducting the test on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic imbalance, short circuit, IR Value, High Voltage Test etc. in presence of Engr-in-Charge.Note 2. :Spares used bushes studs HT/LT, bushing rod HT/LT, transformer oil, filtration of oil, buchholtz relay, Gaskets set, Off Load Change over switch etc will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.Note 3 :- The rates quoted against the item is deemed to be included for cost of Labour for lifting/transporting to civil workshop and vice-versa, if required as per site requirement. |
