Control panel to be made out of 1.6 mm thick MS box, Outdoor type Weather Proof with MCBs, 10 KA, \"C\" Curve of required Nos, Emergency Stop Switch one set for each Driving Leaf consisting of Relays, Power and Auxiliary Contactors of appropriate size/rating, Over Load and Under Voltage Protections etc., with suitable Hooters / Blinkers and Push Button switches for forward and reverse movements, including Bus-bars of appropriate rating/size, Indication lamps & including 1 Rotary Switch for Main Power incl taking down old unsv one & depositing to MES Storeyard incl making good the disturbed surfaces (if any) complete all as specified & as directed & to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-In-Charge for Hangar No - 1 & 2 (Runway Side). | 10 | M&L for Repair/Servicing of Hanagar Doors with necessary greasing & opening the Motorised Door Mechanism of Hangar Door leaf, servicing/repairing the Forward Gear, Backward Gear, Gear Shaft, Pinion, 2 HP 3 Phase, 415 V Gear Motor & replacing the worn out/unsv spare parts including checking/maintenance of Hangar Door Electrical Panel Boards incl necessary electrical connections & checking the alignment of bottom portion & rail for smooth movement of Hangar Doors complete all as specified & as directed to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-In-Charge. NOTE : All consumables like Grease, Cotton Waste, Nuts, Bolts, Washers, Lugs etc. with & incl replacement of required spare parts are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. |
| 11 | M&L for taking out Hangar Door Motor, 2 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volt from the base & re-winding the same with new super enamelled copper wire of same quality/specifications/gauge etc. & same number of turns as per existing after thorough cleaning of stator body & rotor, applying insulating varnish, drying up by heating for improving insulation resistance, re-assembling the motor by replacing both the bearings, re-installing at its original position, connecting up, testing & commissioning complete all as specified & as directed & to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-In-Charge. NOTE : Cost of transportation of the Motor from AFA to Workshop & back is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates Imp Note for Item Nos 1 to 11 : 1) Design/Drawing/Technical catalogue/specifications/BOM etc. to be submitted to the Engr-In-Charge/GE for Make/Sample approval of items before placing final order to the Manufacturer/Supplier. 2) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 3) The approximate height of installation/fixing of the Control Cable with Chain Rail etc. is around 8 to 12 Mtrs from Ground/FFL. 4) Contr is required to take all the safety precautions incl any type of ladders/scaffolding work & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 5) Necessary test certificates & Guarantee/Warranty Certificates from the OEM to be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge for checking & record. 6) The complete work/job is to be executed/carried out from OEM/Auth Channel Partner etc. & cost of Comprehensive Maintenance incl replacement of items/spare parts for a period of 2 Years from the certified date of completion is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 7) The contractor/firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/ work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest on the contractor/ firm.. |
