Clearnce of shoulders of air field by cutting grass, vegetation, shrubs, bushes, small trees etc. using petrol bush cutter of make STHL FS-40/0450 or equivalent, alongwith one operator and one helper on hourly basis from 0900hrs onwards including sweeping and removal of entire rubbish/cut grass/ vegetation etc. outside MoD land complete.

Clearnce of shoulders of air field by cutting grass, vegetation, shrubs, bushes, small trees etc. using & proviiding tractor with mulcher alongwith one tractor driver and one helper on hourly basis from 0800 hrs,on hourly basis to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and removal of entire rubbish/cut grass/ vegetation etc. outside MoD land complete.

NOTES APPLICABLE FOR SERIAL ITEM No.1 AND 2 HERE IN BEFORE:-(i)Contractor (himself or through accredit agent) shall visit the site alongwith necessary machinary & manpower indicated in serial item 1 & 2 above well in advance daily to get directions from Engineer-in-Charge to carrying out work as per time schedule indicated in serial item 1 & 2.(ii) Contractor shall provide minimum 04 Nos machinery and manpower and 01 no standby. Contractor to provide machinery and manpower as and when requiredas per site requirement.(iii) In case the contractor fails to provide the requisite machinery and labour within three days of written/verbal/telephonic/email demand, a penalty @ Rs.1000/- per day shall be recovered from the conractor.However in case of shortage of labour, the recovery shall be made @ minimum wages of male mazdoor, decleared by CLC plus 10% penalty.

(iv) Working hours will be accounted from the actualstarting time of work at site and not from the time of reporting at site.(v)Toaccounting the period for payment a Log book shall be maintained at site indicating working hourswith location, date & time and shall be signed by contractor, concerned JE and Engineer-in-Charge. Log Book complete in all respects shall be produced before GE while claiming every RAR/Final Bill. (vi) All vehicle must be fully equipped with GPS Tracker which can be accessed through admin mobile via app showing various details including route, journey time, Engine ON/ OFF status, kms travelled alongwith repository of such data trip wise.(vii) The cut grass/vegetation/shrubs/bushes etc shall be sweeped with brooms from the area of runway and taxi track immediately after cutting. Contractor to deploy tractor alongwith labours for removl of grass. In case contractor failed to do the same a penalty @ Rs 1000/- Per day shall be recovered from the contractor. However in case of shortage of labour, the recovery shall be made @ minimum wages of male mazdoor, declared by CLC plus 10% penalty(viii) The work services will be carried out nearby runway shoulders, site will be provided by the users taking acoount of flying operations. No extension of time shall be granted on this account.(ix) Quoted rates shall include all the above , nothing extra will be paid.
