III. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of sizewith EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |
| 11 | Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with High Pressure Laminate (HPL) Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of High pressure Laminate (HPL) cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 6mm thick High pressure laminate material consisting of Polyethylene Type LDPE mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The HPL cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts,washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with HPL cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with HPL cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with HPL Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. |
| 12 | Providing & fixing horizontal level suspended ceiling comprising of Vertical Linear Baffle Ceiling made out of Aluminum Extrusion in Aluminum alloy grade 6063 T5 The baffle blade shall be in size of (100mm 25mm/100mm*50mm/150mm*25mm/150mm*50mm) in powder coated to Woodgrain/Plain finish (wood polymer composite like natural/walnut /wengi Red Oak/ Cherry/ Black & White) The baffle shall be electrostatically polyester powder coated to a coating thickness of 60-80 micron. The powder coating shall pass Salt Spray Test for 750 Hours as per ASTM B117. QUV-A Test for 1000hours as per ASTM G-154-(Cycle-1) and Hurnidity test for 1000hours as per DIN 50017. The powder coating shall have an adhesion of GTO as per EN ISO 2409 The shade variation within a manufacturing baich shall be delta E<1 using Excite/BYK Gardner instrument and gloss level 25?5 at 60? as per ASTM D523 (Not applicable of Wood Grain Shade). The baffle blade shall be suspended using Slotted U-profile of 20 x 30 x 3700mm (Thk-1.5mm) or size as per the site requirement having slots in module of 25mm to keep baffles at an on-center spacing in multiples of 25mm. Longer lengths of Baffle to be connected by Baffle Joiner and the ends to be fixed with End caps Baffles should have an on center spacing of 50mm/75mm/100mm as per the site requirement. Note Rate is inclusive of fittings, fixtures and accessones like Bullet fasters, treaded rod 6mm length upto 2mts, clamping bracket, unigrid channel of standard size with locking clip, baffle hinge, baffle of selected color, adjustment clip, end cap necessary scaffolding with all lead, lift, machinery & equipment charges, etc. complete. | 13 | Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2 mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof.The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured. |
