Providing and fixing Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement Granite of any Color or any shade, after dismantling existing partially damaged/missing wall tiles etc complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments and dismantling the old damaged tiles including clearing the surface etc., complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade to Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing surface of the toilet block area using with same color including cost of all labours, scaffolding and other material charges etc complete.

Raking out joints in cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing and Flush pointing the flat tiles in between gaps at top of the roof and other pit area with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile

Plastering the walls 20 mm thickness using with cement mortar 1:4 including cost of all materials, labours and other charges etc complete

Replacing the blocked PVC water line pipes and damaged 3\" PVC pipes at western side of outlet area including cost of all material and other charges etc complete

Providing FRP door shutter of factory made FRP paneled made of solid PVC foam with door frame of cross section 90 X 45mm having single rebate of 32mm X15mm to receive 30mm thick shutter for toilet blocks including cost of all fixtures and other fixing charges etc., complete.
