सड़क की नींव के लिये सीमेंट कंक्रीट बिछाना तथा निडल तथा सरफेस कम्पन्न मशीन को चलाना तथा 40 मिमी क्रेशर से टूटी हुई गिट्टी को मिलाते हुए, चाहे गये ग्रेड, केम्बर तथा सुपर एलीवेशन में तैयार करना। 1:4:8 में 40 एम.एम. क्रेशर ब्रोकेनपत्थर की गिट्टी के स्थान पर हाथ से टूटी हुयी रोडी के उपयोग करने पर वही मात्र देय होगी परन्तु दर में 30 प्रतिशत की कटौति की जावेगी
