| 1 | Providing and Running Operation, Maintenance and Servicing of 100KLD MBBR Sewage Treatment Plant at IPR Campus, Bhat, Gandhinagar. The rate is inclusive of Plant Operators (1nos ),24 X 7 (in Three Shifts) for Operations & maintenance, & Providing Superviser (1No), all materials, maintenance of plants parts, i.e. Pumps, Motors, blowers, belts, pipes, all electricals parts & equipments, oiling, Greasing, other equipments (if any), wiring, equipments Plumbing lines, primer & painting of MS structure pipes &tanks, cabling, valves, (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing works)etc, as required during operation for achieving specified parameters of treated sewage water. (All Spares and replacement of any defective part shall be included in the service contract including consumable & keeping near by area clean & Green.) The treated water should conform to the following parameters: (1) pH Value:6.5-8.8,(2) BOD:<5 mg/ltr, (3) COD:<30 mg/ltr, (4) TSS : < 10 mg/ltr, (5) Oil & Grease:10 mg/ Ltr, (6) Residual Chlorine:< 1-3 mg/ltr, (7) Fecal Coliform (MPN/100 ml):<100, (8) NH3-N:5 mg/ltr, (9)Total Phosphorous: 2mg/ltr, (10) N-Total: < 10 mg/ltr, (11) E-Coli (MPN/100 ml): NDLNote:- 1.The cost shall include all Chemicals , Plant parts as per need & in required quantity for Maintenance of STP including but not limited to chemicals for poly dosing system, Sodium Hypo Chloride for Dis-infection, including reparing and replacement of defective parts (if any ) during the entire period of Maintenance of Two Years.2. All maintenance shall be strictly followed as per the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM’s) operation and Maintenance Manual. |
| 2 | Testing of Samples Testing samples & Submitting the testing report to Institute ofRaw sewage (Raw water) at bar screen chamber inlet (01 sample) and Treated sewage (Treated water) from STP (01 sample). Sample testing includes the parameters like PH, COD, BOD, TSS, Oil & Grease, residual chloride, fecal coilform, NH3-N, N-total, Total Phosphorous, E-coil, etc. Sample should be tested from approved lab NABL / NABET Accredited, MOEF, SPCB or govt approved lab as per instruction or as directed by Engineer-in-charge (EIC). Note : One Sample for Raw sewage & One Sample for treated sewage will be counted as a One Set. |
