Repair of FRP lining inside Start up Scrubber tower and Pump Tank in SAP-CD during ATA 2026The work involves repair/replace the damaged FRP lining inside start up scrubber tower and pump tank .The work shall include the lining of existing nozzles, manhole, duct connecting the tower and pump tank & supports inside the vessel. Make required site arrangement for the work including scaffolding inside the tower and pump. Remove the damaged portion of lining along with cleaning and smoothing the surface for new FRP lining.Provide double layer of FRP of a grade compatible with Caustic shall be applied uniformly on the areas inside the vessel as directed by the Engineer in charge. The supply of all materials for the work shall be under the scope of the contractor. All safety measures must be followed while entering the vessel and the contractor shall ensure availability and usage of requisite PPEs.
