The rates quotedshall be for the length of trench and not for the length of cables. All materials requiredfor clamping and laying such as aluminium clamps/nylon ropes, bolts, nuts, washers, cable tags, etc shall be supplied by the contractor. |
| 3 | Layingand combined clampingof 1.1kV, PVC/XLPE insulated power cable (2R, 3.5C x 400 sqmm) in walls. The scope shall includes laying, dressing, fixing on cable trays /racks /risers/ walls /columns /pipes, clamping ,tagging, tying, drilling holes, minor civil work etc.The rates quotedshall be for the length of clamping and not for the length of cables. All materials requiredfor clamping and laying such as aluminium clamps, SS screws, GI bolts, GI nuts, GI washers, SS cable tags, etc shall be supplied by the contractor. |
| 4 | Providing new cable trench and laying of 2 runs of, 1.1kV, PVC/ XLPE insulated power cables in the trench. The scope shall include excavation of cable trenches for a depth of 0.6 meter and a minimum width of 0.3m,concrete chipping, wall cutting, minor masonry works, laying of cables ( 2 runs 3C x 400 sqmm ) and backfilling of trenches after cable laying .The scope includeshoring, strutting, road cutting &dewatering if required, consolidatingand disposing of surplus earth, concreting if required, all labour, materials, tools etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. The scope also includes supply and spreading / fillingof sand in cable trenches, supply and installation of well burnt bricks of 50mm thickness for cable protection insidecable trenches after laying the cables. The bricks shall be laid to enclose the sides of sand bed andcable. Supply and installation ofroute markers(2nos) above the cable trench are under the scope of contractor. The rates quotedshall be for the length of trench and not for the length of cables. |

| 6 | Installation and commissioning of star delta panel and push button station. The scope shall include erection of star delta panel, erection of push button station at 1.5mtr height using suitable pedestal support, providing sufficient footing and earthing for star delta panel and push button station, control cable laying, control cable glanding, control cable termination, etc. as directed by site in charge and commissioning of Star Delta starter panel. Scope also include supply of cable gland, crimping lugs, nut and bolts, pedestal support, all other materialsrequired for erection and footing job. Control cable required for the work supplied by FACT free of cost. |
| 7 | Termination of power cables. The scope shall include glanding &termination of 400/240sq.mm Aluminium armoured powercable. The scope also include supply of suitable gland, crimping lugs, nut,bolt, washers etc. |
