Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of Granular sub-base by providing well graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD clause 401.1 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 53~22.4mm size to Water bound macadam of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work aas per MORD specifications no 405.

Construction of un-reinforced at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less then 0.20cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed site from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micorn thick polythine film wedges steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate viobrators and finished in countinous operations including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints applying primer sealent, and construction joints, admixtures as approved curing of concrete slab for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to ines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.
