5	Supply and fixing of 100 mm thick double skin wall panel sandwiched with PUF, aluminium return air duct riser of size not less than 900 mm x 98 mm including bottom floor track, top runner, \"U\" channels, sealant, etc., all as specified and/or directed etc. complete. Note: 1) The inner and outer skin of the panel shall be made of steel sheet as per technical specification.
6	Supply and fixing of true horizontal level walkable false ceiling consisting of80 mm thick double skin panel sandwiched with PUF including T-grid, suspender rod, turnbuckle, nuts, bolts, etc., all as specified and/or directed etc., complete. Note: 1) The inner and outer skin of the panel shall be made of steel sheet as per technical specification.
7	Supply and fixing of 100 mm thick double skin fire rated wall panel sandwiched with rockwool including bottom floor track, top runner, \"U\" channels, sealant, etc., all as specified and/or directed etc., complete. Note: 1) The inner and outer skin of the panel shall be made of steel sheet as per technical specification.The panel should be fire rated of 120 minutes.
8	Supply and laying of Electrostatic Conductive vinyl floor tile with flexible homogenous compressed tiles of minimum size 610 mm x 610 mm x 2 mm. The ESD tiles shall have electrical resistance in the range of 10^4ohm to 10^6 ohms and shall have body voltage generation of <=70V, dimensional stability of 0.05% and shall be resistant to acids, chemicals and fire. Necessary preparation of sub floor surface should be done using Self-Leveling compound. The flooring should be laid using approved conductive adhesives. Joint between the tiles shall be grooved, PVC welded using automatic equipment and copper tape shall be provided and laid all as per manufacturer’s specification & same shall be connected to the copper strip which is running on side walls with requisite accessories / banana sockets. The tiles will have permanent conductivity and ESD properties to be independent of humidity due to homogenous nature of product as it is sliced from pressed vinyl block.Scope of supply should include laying of tiles, self levelling compound to level the floor to maximum possible extent, Conductive adhesive, copper tape shall cross each tiles in both the direction at site, grooving / welding of joints with automatic equipment as per manufacturers specifications. Certification of Electrical resistance such as Point to Point, Point to Ground and Body to Ground resistance, Combination resistance of the installed system and Body voltage generation, meeting to international standards and duly tested and authorized by a Certified ESD engineer who has received his Certificate from an internationally reputed certifying organization. Note: Rate to be quoted for complete finished work including all materials and labour and necessary preparation of surface including removal of existing PVC flooring, cleaning etc. Actual area of flooring as laid will be measured for payment.
9	Supply of Air Shower shall have working space not be less than 800 mm (W) X 900mm (D) X 2100mm (H), all as specified and / or directed etc., complete.

35	Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built floor mounted horizontal double decker type double skin type Air Handling Unit (AHU) for Clean room of capacity not less than 17 TR, Total CFM 6800 CFM ; Dehumified CFM 6800, 85 MM ESPcomplete with PLUG type fan with VFD compatible motor, Motor class- IE3, internal power/ control cabling,pre filters with 90% efficiency down to 10 μm (EU -4), fine filters with 95% efficiency down to 5 μm, DX cooling coil 8 rows deep of copper tubes with aluminium fins compatible to connect DX ODU, min. 1.2 mm thick SS-304 drain pan with 13 mm nitrile rubber insulation, fire proof flexible connection at outlet. AHU outerskin shall be 0.8 mm pre-coated GSS, inner skin shall be 0.6 mm pre-coated GSS with thermal break profile. Panels shall be 43± 2 mm thick with PUF injected with density not less than 38 Kg/m3, Mixing box with provision for connecting return air and fresh air with damper, Bypass damper arrangement, internal power / control cabling, belt drive system, spring type isolation system (min. vibration isolation efficiency 90%). Agency should attend the major complaint / should repair/replace the defective parts of the system supplied under this contract within 2 working days and sort out any issues related to the systems under this contract. Agency should attend the mnior complaint withing 3 working days. The agency shall attend the breakdown calls at any number of items during the CAMC period. Necessary tools and tackles required for maintenance to be arranged by the agency including housekeeping of Electrical Room, AHU room, ODU\"S, defects / failure occurred due to rodent shall be included in the scope etc, FOR FIRST YEAR OF CAMC period after the expiry of stipulated guarantee/ warranty/ defect liability period of the contract all as specified and/or directed etc., complete.
