| 5 | Fabricating of structural steel by straightening, cutting and welding by using departmental suppied all types of steel sections such as plates, flats, pipes, angles etc of any size including erecting in position to line and level and applying two coats of paint over one coat of zinc rich primer, hire charges for tools and plants, other incidentals and all consumables etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: weight shall be measured as per actual weight of material consumed at site. (steel issued free by HSL but loading and unloading is in contractors scope) (For 2 Wells) |
| 6 | Supplying and fixing of 10 Gauge weld mesh of size 25mmx25mm welded steel wire fabric of required width have rectangular mesh with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer. |
| 7 | Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to wall surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed. |
| 8 | Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands, widths, new wall surfaces, concrete surfaces and where ever required etc., including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer. |
| 9 | Supply and providing Nitobond SBR of Fosroc make complete all as directed. |
| 10 | Demolishing of RR / Brick wall in Cement mortar by manually / mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials outside HSL premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Cleaning of wells including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-(i) Pumping out water from the wells up to required depth and & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Clean thesurface area of wells by scrapping with chisel etc. |
| 12 | Cleaning of under ground sump ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consistfollowing operations:-(i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits.(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. |
| 13 | Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of Mix 1:2:4 by using 20 mm graded crushed granite aggregate for column footings and beams etc., including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing etc., (Item includes all materials,labour and shuttering etc.,) complete all as directed. |
| 14 | Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix using 20 mmand down graded crushed granite aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labour etc., complete all as directed. |
| 15 | Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors and windows, M.S Poles, Angles etc., (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper if required) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying one coat of red oxide complete all as directed. |
