Dismantling of the Hoist machinery of the Prakash shovel: - i-Removal of upper cover of complete hoist assy. ii- removal of PTO. iii- Removal of hoist Int. shaft. iv- Removal of bull gear. v- Removal of hoist drum and both side lower cover. 3. Assembling of old dismantled hoist machinery (Vikash shovel): - i- fitment of upper cover of complete hoist assy. ii Fitment of PTO. iii- Fitment of hoist Int. shaft. iv- Fitment of bull gear. v- Fitment of hoist drum and both sides lower cover. 4. Alignment of hoist machinery and final testing.Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job will be 1. Skilled Fitter for 114 nos. manshifts, 2. 03 Skilled Welder for 38 nos. manshifts, 3. 03 Semi-skilled for 190 nos. manshifts & 03 Un-skilled for 16 nos. manshifts
