S&F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including welding, fixing in position, embedding in concretecomplete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Purchase voucher and test certificate of mild steel work shall be submitted before any claim of payment duly defaced by the Engr-in-Charge and Contractor & also entered in measurement book)

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, hold fasts, water troughs, bed block and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor & paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL)and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.
