Bids Are Invited For Construction of Morcha, Pathway, Repairing and Painting of existing structure at Jharia Magazine-1 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m: All kinds of soil 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil 3 Return earth filling by available excavated earth (excluding rock) or locally available sand in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming(allow for breading up lumps, shrinkage etc.) watering lead upto 50 metre and lift up to 1.5 m complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 4 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )in foundation, plinth wherever necessary including desalinating, finishing, curing etc. per specification all complete but centring and shuttering etc. Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm down screened and washed) including machine mixing, placing in position and mechanically vibrating in footing, column, plinth beam up to plinth level and like including preparing of the top surface finishing curing ecomplete in all respects as per specification and direction. Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm down screened and washed) including machine mixing, placing in position and mechanically vibrating in beams, suspended floor landing, balconies, lintel etc.to any floor and any where and like including preparing of the top surface finishing curing complete in all respects as per specification and direction.
