| 1 | Disconnecting the electrical and water connection of the desert cooler (any size and make) and taking down from its position installed at Ground/First floor/ Second Floor of Bldg from bracket/ stand, opening the side pannels and remove the unserviceable /dirty wood wool pad/khas khas pad, dismantle the front grill including piano type switches, regulators, rotary switches, etc. Scratching out the old paint from inner and outer surfaces of cooler with sand paper complete and cleaning to make smooth surface for painting, painting the inner side of the body with two coats of anticorrosive black paint by brush and outer surface with silver ash hammerton paint with spray gun machine including painting the air direction change grill, blade and fixing the desert cooler and its all parts complete as original and at original place including making water and electrical connections and testing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- (i) The cost of Oiling/greasing, cleaning material and nut bolt/screws shall be included in the unit rate and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) Wood wool pad/Khas Khas pad, Air grill, side shutter, PVC pipe and any other parts as per requirement of desert cooler shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch. |
