| 1 | Material and labour for disconnecting the electric & water connection of the desert cooler incl taking down from its existing location removal of unserviceable side panel, top cover W/tank side support, grill regulator etc including scratching old paint with sand paper complete cleaning inner & outer surfaces of the desert cooler body to make the surface smooth and painting the inner surfaces & grills with two coats of black anticorrosive paint and outer surfaces with two coats of alluminium/hammerton paint over one coat of primer paint of 1st quality with spray machine and including checking the servicibility of fan and submersible (little) pump, selector switchs etc., and fixing the cooler at its original place including oiling & greasing and making electric & water connections and testing the same complete all as specified and directed.Note :- 1. Labour charges for fixing of defective spare parts shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. 2. Replacement of defective spares will be measured & paid separately under relevant items. |

| 63 | Note for all above :-(a) The contractor shall deploy his/her own technician, assisted by a helper, along with a ladder and all necessary electrical tools, to inspect and assess faults in any of the electrical equipment mentioned above. The contractor shall rectify the faults as and when complaints are raised by the subdivision for various locations.(b) The complaint can be registered telephonic/complaint slip, WhatsApp and any other mode of communication. |
