| 2 | (i) Technical Specifications/particulars etc. of the Split ACs is to be obtained from OEM / Auth Supplier & is to be got approved from the GE & Engr-In-Charge before placing final order to the manufacturer.(ii) The Air Conditioner shall be initial filled / charged with refrigerant of specified quantity & the refrigerant to be used shall be Non-CFC type & as per the latest technology.(iii) Unit Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following connected items/job/work etc. :(a) Cost of use/hiring/rent including transportation of Aluminum Tower Ladders/Scaffolding arrangements etc. required for successful execution of the complete work/Job. Subject work/job of fixing the Split ACs at a height of approx 8-10 mtrs above FFL incl fixing arrangement etc. is to be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge/GE. Quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusiveof all safety precautions/measures to be taken by the contractor for labour employed at the site. (b) Cost of copper refrigerant pipes for suction and discharge lines for connection of indoor to outdoor units of 1.5 ton split AC of standard size as per OEM recommendation with proper insulation including fixing arrangement with appropriate size MS clamps and jointing of pipe with brazing etc including all necessary items required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(c) Cost of 3 core weather proof copper cable minimum 4.0 sqmm, multistranded for electrical connection of Indoor & Outdoor Units. (d) Cost of PVC pipe 25mm dia high grade for ACs drain water suitable for outdoor mounting including connecting tees, bends, reducers etc. for leakage free jointing etc, including appropriate size PVC clamps and other required material for fixing on wall/cemented surfaces at heights as specified here in above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(e) Cost of making of holes to existing wall/wooden panelling etc. using core cutting machine of suitable dia for the run of copper refrigerant tubings, connecting cables etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces/false ceilings etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(f) Cost of MS angle iron frames of minimum size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm suitable for fixing of Outdoor Units of Split AC\"s 1.5 Ton including fixing on wall/other surfaces etc. with necessary fixing arrangements like nuts, bolts, washers etc. as required on ground inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 3 | (g) Cost of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform/plinth for embedding/holding of MS angle iron frames as cited here in above for fixing of Outdoor Units of Split AC\"s 1.5 Ton incl necessary formwork & applying two coats of white wash to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(h) Cost of perforated cable tray, made up of 2.0mm thick galvanized iron sheet, duly bend to required shape by sheet bending machine, including cover, made of 1.2mm thick plain galvanized iron sheet duly screwed with the cable tray and duly fixed on the wall/ceilings etc. including suitable galvanized iron brackets or hanging/suspended etc. from the ceiling with suitable suspenders as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in Charge of minimum tray size 100 x 150 x 2 mm with cover of size 150 x 155 x 1.2 mm.(j) Cost of making good the disturbed surfaces incl matching to the existing/old surfaces.(k) Cost of neatly writing/marking MES Number on the body of Split AC Indoor Unit using stencil of size/dimensions complete all specified & as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. (iv) All the necessary OEM/Auth Supplier Test Certificates as per relevant IS/IEC incl the Guarantee/Warranty Certificates is to be submitted in Original to the Engr-In-Charge.(v) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the AC is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.(vi) The contractor/firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/ work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest on the contractor/ firm. |
