Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep to soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stacking of good approved earth from out side of MOD land including laying of stacking earth complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Earth manure stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment.

Supply and staking of dump manure screened through sieve of IS designation 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

Mixing and spreading of approved earth with dump manure in required thickness as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of land scaping with Barmudas/ American grass/ carpet grass with necessary manure and earth including all material and labour with tranportation charges etc, regular watering shall be done and dead grasses to be removed after plantation as required including maintenance of lawn after planting for entire period of completion of work complete all as specified and directed.Note: - Cost of manure & earth shall be paid separetely.

Provision of Jhau (Casuarina equisetifolia) trees of minimum 1200mm high from ground and planting suitably in a digged hole of 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.6m and refilled with mixture of good approved earth and manure including all material and labour with transportation charges etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Cost of manure & earth shall be paid separetely.

Material and labour laying well burnt old sizebricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
