Taking down cement plaster on brick wall and ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, fins facia etc upto 3 story height mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Note 1:- Cost of water proofing compound shall be included in quoted rates.2. Cost of scaffolding for rendering is included in this item.

M&L for Preperation of newlyplastered surfaces of wall es etc and applying two coats ofexterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (two or more colour combination) over 2mm thick cement based putty applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent of other approved make having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint as per manufacturer instructionscomplete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed . Note The comouflage painting shall be executed through proper MOU between contractor and approved applicator only for the purpose a proper agreement shall be produced by the contractor on Rs 100/- non judicial stamp paper.
