To perform such services and execute such works AS PER CONDITION 4A OF IAFW-2249,as per terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Scheduleof rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendment No 1 to 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates), together with amendment No 1 to 122 and General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 amendments No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforsaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.The contractor shall quote percentage ABOVE OR BELOW on SSR Part - II, 2020.
