M&L 20 mm thickReady mix cement based plaster on external surfaces incl mix with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement , including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all asspecified and directed.

M&L10 mm thick ready mixed cement base plaster on internal surfaces on brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thick ready mixed cement base plaster on concrete surfaces of ceilling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and applying wall care putty of 3mm tkover plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on walls over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new or old external wallsurface by wire brushing/grinding in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with mechanical water nozzal with clean water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by non-shrinkable polymer modified crack sealing compound (Asian Paints, Berger Paints or Equivalent) by opening the cracks in V-Groove & allow it to dry for 24 hours. Apply one coat of undilted fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane, impregnated with synthetic fibre (PU modified) (with mechanically airless paint sprayer machine) and allow it to dry for 6 hours appx. The coverage should be approx 4sqm/ltr/coat. Thereafter apply 02 coats of 100% acrylic emulsion water based top coat with silicone additives and having rich sheen (Approx Coverage 5-5.5sqm/ltr/2coats) (with mechanically airless paint sprayer machine) & match with brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding necessary security for the workers for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed. Note :This item No should be executed by authorised applicator only. Rate of scraffolding of multi story bldg (upto 11th floor) and connected item included in item.

Removing, chipping and cleaning of existing loose and damaged concrete carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surface by air jet and stacking and disposal of unserviceable materials outside the premises. Applying Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in two coats to the entire circumference surface of bars,providing, mixing and applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces prior to application of any type of repair mortar or microconcrete as per manufacturer\"s specification including cleaning of surface to remove all dirt, dust or any other impurities and providing Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M30 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete.Note: (i)Rate included for any height of bldg.(ii) Rates formwork all as per manufacturer\"sinstruction complete all as specified and directed

M&L for injection chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% Concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut / injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and sparaying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration diluted with 1 ltr of water) and removing the Plant / vegetation of following girth including penetrated roots complete including necessory scaffolding etc for plants / vegetation of size 0-20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed for buildings upto and including 4 storeys.

M&L Silicon gun paste around windows of any type and size incl any height of the building by using scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.
