Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 onbrick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using any extra cement with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primeron walls alongwith necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed .

M&L liquior finish/glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floorsusing white cement and pigments including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6etc (as in patches and as per site condition) as per design/pattern approved by AGE(I) etc complete all as specified anddirected .

M&L liquior finish/glossy finish Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded laid with Grey cement and pigment any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 gradeover and including 50 thick sand cushion etc complete all as specified anddirected.
