| 21 | Sub-Station: The scope of work includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a BEE 3-Star rated (as per BIS standards amended up to the date of tender submission) 33/11 kV step-down 5 MVA transformer, suitable for continuous loading, complete in all respects. The transformer shall be 3-phase, 50 Hz, Dyn11 vector group, ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural) cooling, copper wound using 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper, with core made of first-grade Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) steel of MOH grade or better, suitable for indoor/outdoor applications and equipped with On Load Tap Changer (OLTC).The scope further includes the supply and installation of indoor Current Transformers (CTs) for 33 kV (100/5 A) and 11 kV (300/5 A), Potential Transformers (PTs) for 11 kV (110 V or 63.5/110 V), and triple-pole outdoor type 11 kV / 33 kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) complete with outdoor control and relay panel fitted with numerical static protection relays for feeder protection.The work also includes 11 kV indoor bus duct rated for 11 kV, 1250 A (or 1600 A as required), 50 kA for 3 seconds, fully enclosed, air-insulated, IP-55 indoor type, and 11 kV HT VCB TTA panels with the specifications.The scope further includes supply, laying, jointing, termination, and earthing of 33 kV and 11 kV HT cables, including earthing pits, earth strips, and all associated accessories. HT Hi-Pot (High Potential / Dielectric Withstand) testing of HT cables shall be carried out as per applicable standards, along with all other mandatory electrical tests.Additionally, the scope includes the cost and execution of Underground Utility Survey (Cat-6) prior to excavation, using non-invasive detection methods such as Electromagnetic (EM) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to identify and map existing buried utilities up to a depth of approximately 1–2 meters, in compliance with PAS 128 or equivalent standards, to minimize risks of utility damage.All new systems shall be fully integrated with existing substation equipment, including synchronization, interlocking, protection coordination, testing, and successful commissioning.
