Ltd.) of size 915 mm × 915 mm with 2 m height, installed at 200 mm above ground level, with provisions of EWC, doors, windows, washbasin, plumbing and electrical fittings all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge. a) The structure is constructed using 50 mm thick sandwich panels with 2 mm thick FRP/GRP sheets on the outer sides and PUF insulation Low Smoke Fire Retardant as core materials (thickness- 50mm, density- 40 ± 2 kg/m3) to meet the frangibility Criteria including suitable jointing arrangement without nut bolts on bottom and top and single piece corner panel. b) The Toilet block shall have dimensions of 915 mm x 915 mm and height of 2000 mm. c) Each toilet will have overhead tank 200 litre capacity (make- Sintex, Plasto, Supreme) with water supply system, 500 litre capacity bio-digester tank with bacteria culture for sewerage facility. d) Structural design of Sub as well as super structure including vetting of design by IIT/NIT/ Government college for complying under ICAO norms “ ICAO AERODROME DESIGN MANUAL (Doc. | 9 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a prefabricated frangible Security Hut (Make- Plastrone India Engineering Solutions, Lloyd Insulations (India) Ltd., Shiv Shakti Fibre Udyog, Metecno India Pvt. Ltd.) of size 1.8 m × 1.8 m with 2.44 m height, installed above ground level upto height of 5000 mm, as per vetted design, with provisions of door, windows, balcony/ staircase and electrical fittings all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge. a) The structure is constructed using 50 mm thick sandwich panels with 2 mm thick FRP/GRP sheets on the outer sides and PUF insulation Low Smoke Fire Retardant as core materials (thickness- 50mm, density- 40 ± 2 kg/m3) to meet the frangibility Criteria including suitable jointing arrangement without nut bolts on bottom and top and single piece corner panel. The structure includes an upper square platform of size 3000 mm x 3000 mm, fitted with an FRP chequered plate supported by FRP ISMB/Square FRP pipe, C-channel, I-beam, Angle, hand rail, gratings (of required size as per vetted drawing). b) The Security hut has outer dimensions of 1800 mm x 1800 mm, central height of 2440 mm and a sidewall height of 2100 mm. All around the hut, there is a minimum 750 mm wide free space for movement, equipped with safety railings. Also, a staircase shall be provided with a height of 2400 mm, having a steps width of 600 mm x 300mm, with an inclination of 45°. c) The huts having aluminium windows (size 1200 mm x 900 mm) on three sides and a door measuring 900mm (W) x 2100 mm (H) with half-transparent glass with a locking facility, designed as per site-specific requirements including with necessary light point with switch arrangement etc. d) Structural design of Sub as well as super structure including vetting of design by IIT/NIT/ Government college for complying under ICAO norms “ICAO AERODROME DESIGN MANUAL (Doc. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
