| 2 | Complete execution of all labour, services, consumables and spare replacements for the comprehensive overhaul of the 4 TPH IBR boiler, covering all work items specified under the following scope categories in the above mentionedScope of Work section:Pre-overhaul Activities; Mechanical Overhaul of Pressure Parts; Mountings Servicing; Chemical Descaling & Water Side Cleaning; Feed Water, Fuel Oil & Auxiliaries; Instrumentation & Electrical Controls; IBR Piping & Accessories; and Testing, Statutory & Commissioning.This includes but is not limited to: All necessary safety equipment provision; complete gasket, rope, and consumable replacement; servicing with replacement of minor spares/parts as required per the scope; chemical supply and temporary equipment setup for descaling; calibration; testing; and full coordination for statutory inspection. The contractor shall ensure all activities are performed as per the detailed specifications and requirements outlined in the corresponding Scope of Work. |

| 4 | Complete execution of all labour, services, supply, erection, and commissioning for the burner, combustion system, and external components, covering all work items specified under the following scope categories in the above mentioned Scope of Work section: Burner & Combustion System Servicing; including all associated external works on the chimney and fuel system..This includes but is not limited to: Mechanical servicing with replacement of components if required; supply and erection of new aviation light and lightning arrester system; fuel system cleaning; emission testing and certification; and all tuning, testing, and commissioning activities. The contractor shall ensure all activities, including the supply of specified new items, are performed as per the detailed specifications and requirements outlined in the corresponding Scope of Work. |
