Consultancy charges including GST and all other taxes and duties for undertaking Planning and Preparation of concept designs, Preliminary Architectural and structural drawings, preparation of good for construction drawings and providing BOQ and detailed specification including monitoring of the work during its execution.Note: 1) The Qty. and Estimated rate is given only for quoting a percentage of consultancy charges for the said project by the bidder/firm/PSU/etc. Quoted rate / consultancy charges in excess (+) only is valid and considerable.2) Estimated project construction cost of Rs. 10.10 Cr including all taxes.3) Percentage fee basis is linked to estimated cost / tendered cost / work completion cost, whichever is lest.
