Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Fixing chowkhat in existing opening in brick / RCC wall with dash fasteners/Chemical fasteners of appropriate size (3 nos on each vertical member of door chowkhat and 2 nos on each vertical member of window chowkhats), including Cost of dash fasteners/ chemical fastener.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. For door/ window/ clerestory window.
