Cutting and welding back manhole dummies in first, second, third & fourth bed of converter. (Total cost for removing and fixing back the manholes.)

SS Patch work at various positions of the converter central duct, division plate, roof, shell etc. in first, second, third & fourth bed of converter.

Replacing/reinforcing the structures like ring plate, curb angle, skirt plate, supports etc. in first, second, third & fourth bed of the converter.

Removing the CI grids in first, second, third & fourth bed of the converter for cleaning the division plates and fixing back the same / new grids and caulking with asbestos rope for sealing after the work.

Leveling of tray beams in first, second, third & fourth bed of the converter.

Dismantling, shifting to ground level for chocking clearing, cleaning and fixing back of Pressure drop lines(8 Nos) of DCDA Converter with new gaskets during ATA 2026.(Rate shall be quoted per INM)Line size : 40 NB
