| 1 | Demolishing RCC work by manually/ mechanical means including cutting reinforcement bars manually/by mechanical means in RCC works, stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable concrete at a place directed by Engineer- in- Charge. |
| 2 | Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. |
| 3 | Disposal of excavated excess earth /Rock/dismantled RCC away from the site including conveyance of materials up to an average lead of 1KM away from the site, and correspondiong required lift, loading, unloading and levelling and neatly dressing of disposed earth etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The quantity is net quantity of capacity of truck after deduction of 20% for looseness) By mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking. (Lead upto 1KM away from the site) |
| 4 | Providing & laying RCC M25 Design Mix (allowance of 50% river sand + 50% Robo sand) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering &shuttering all work at all levels as indicated in drawing including cost of mixing, placing, compaction, vibration, pumping, consolidation, curing complete, foundation, walls etc., with 20mm & down size metal upto plinth level etc complete as per instruction of engineer in charge. |
| 5 | Supplying, fitting and placing Fe-500 bar-TMT reinforcement in RCC works complete as per drawings and technical specifications for bars below 20mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire etc., lifting charges of steel, placing in position, tying with binding wire, all tools etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of works. |
| 6 | Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. |
| 7 | Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. |
| 8 | Providing and grouting with non-shrink cementitious grout material in required size of packing (Fosroc chemical: Conbextra GP2) as per the manufactures specification. |
| 9 | Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 450 mm dia RCC pipes |
