Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. (Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.) Area should be cleaned Once within a 20-day period i.e. 18 times in a year. |

| 4 | cleaning and dusting of door,balcony railing ,window including glass etc. in unalloted EWS & LIGflats andcheck the working of locks,hinges in door,sliding of window &hinges of window and lubricate the locks , door hinges ,window sliding & hinges and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. atsite ,removal of spider net and removal of malba/refuse to nearest dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. | 5 | Cleaning and sweeping of community facilities (facility block),common bathroom area,common area of LIG flats at ground floor, pump house area including of shop areaetc. i/c removing of vegetaion and grass/bushes from community facilities (facility block) including of shop area ,common bathroom area,common area of LIG flatsat ground floor etc. and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. atsite and removal of malba/refuse to nearest dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency.(Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.)Area should be cleaned once in a 30 days i.e. 12 times in a year. |
| 6 | Conditions:1) Daily swept garbage, rubbish etc. shall be collected at the designated collection point and same shall be disposed to nearby MCD dumping ground.2) A sum of Rs. 1000/- per day as token penalty will be imposed in case of specified area not swept/cleaned satisfactorily.3) If any environment assistant is found absent then a penalty of two times of minimum wages should be recovered from agency.4) Agency has to quote rates for labour as per minimum wages of GNCTD or GOI whichever is higher + GST otherwise same will be summerly rejected.5) Wages due to every worker shall be paid to him direct by contractor through bank or ECS or online transfer to his bank account by first week of next month and photocopy of payment proof shall be submitted to the division office.6) Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency.7) Minimum wages should be calculated considering total no. of Environment assistant as 2216 Nos in tender period. Which fulfills the frequency requirements of the scope of work.8) The cleaning material like broom, toilet cleaner, odonil, urinal cubes, narial broom, kassie, khapachi, bamboo, phool jahdu, pvc scrubber, detergent powdesr, toilet brush, duster etc. Should be provided by agency. |
