Dismantling of cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of materials as directed by engg. i/c. within a distance of 60mtr.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m ,as directed by engg-in-charge:2.1.1 All kinds of soil.

Earth work in surface excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means foundation trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m including dressing and sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50m including getting out the all kinds of soil.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Construction of granular sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401.

Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to the plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 3 graded stone aggregate 200 mm nominal size

Providing and laying of 125micron plastic sheet etc all complete.

Additional of non metallic C.C. surface hardner etc all complete.

Raising manhole by dismantling & refixing of manhole cover & frame including dimantling C.C. and C.C. work in 1:2:4 but excluding brick work which taken separately and all completion of work.

Providing and fixing of 55cm dia R.C.C. manhole cover with all charge complete.

Supply and fixing of chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat clean slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Light shade pigment using white cement.

Disposal of surplus earth/malwa upto 3.00km distance including loading/unloading of material with all charge complete.
