Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 60-90 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregrates of specified grainig, premixed with bituminious binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeler, vibratory and tandem rollers to acheive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. (As per Analysis)

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side fromwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges,,.......... Complete.) Chapter -20 (New Item).

P/L of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including troising glass beeds @250 gm per sam area. Thickness of 2.5 mm in exclusive of surface applied glass beads etc…………………… Including coat of all material labour, T&P etc. reqiure for proper completion of work as direction by E/E.
